The Regional Transport Office (RTO) is the government agency that oversees vehicle registration and licensing. The Regional Transport Office issues permits to candidates who clear the examination assessing their knowledge of traffic laws as well as the driving skills infront of the RTO inspectors. The RTO also has an online portal for the people to apply for this form to get the driving license.
