A king was ruling there. Listen to him. He was brave, he was kind, he was a public figure. He had knowledge of four Vedas, six Shastras and eighteen Puranas. The queen of such a king was named Surat Chandrika. The queen was beautiful in appearance, well-mannered, and devoted. They had a total of eight children. Seven sons and a daughter after them. The king and queen named the girl Shambhala. Once in the mind of the Goddess, we should stay in the King’s palace. He will make the king even happier; He will give more happiness to the people too. If left to the poor, he will enjoy all the wealth alone. So the goddess took the form of an old woman, brought torn clothes, took a stick for support and came to the door of the queen’s palace with a stick. Seeing her, a maid came forward. She asked the old woman, “Who are you? Where is alice from What did you do What’s your name What is the village What do you want Srimahalakshmi, who took the form of an old woman, said, “My name is Kamalabai. I live in Dwarka. I have come to see your queen. Where is she The maid said, “Ranisaheb is in the palace. If I tell them, they will be angry with me. How will they meet you When they see your incarnation, they will drive you away. You just have to wait and see. ” The old woman got angry. She said angrily. “Your queen was the wife of a born prostitute. That prostitute was very poor. The two of them were always arguing over that. The husband beat her. Tired of this, she left home one day and wandered in the forest, starving to death. Seeing her in that state, I felt sorry for her. I told her about Srimahalakshmi-vrata which gives her wealth, happiness and wealth. That’s how she vowed. Mahalakshmi was pleased with her vow. Her poverty was over. Her house was filled with wealth and prosperity. Happiness filled her life. Due to Lakshmi Vrat after death, both the husband and wife remained in Lakshmi-Lok in glory. He was born in this dynasty. By the grace of Goddess, she is now sitting on the throne. ” Curiosity arose in the mind of the maid when she heard the old woman’s words. She gave water to the old woman, greeted her and said, “Will you tell me that vow? I will do exactly that. Will not fall, will not die; I will not put fat on it. “
The old woman informed the maid about Lakshmivrata. Then she got up and started walking on the stick, just then the queen came out of the palace in a hurry. When she saw the old woman in the torn clothes, she became angry and said rudely, “Who are you? Why are you here Get out of here. ” She stepped forward and dismissed the old woman. The queen did not know that the old woman was Mahalakshmi. Seeing the rudeness of the queen, Mahalakshmi decided to go home without stopping there. The old woman was about to leave the queen’s palace when a girl came out in a hurry. She was the daughter of Princess Shambhala. She came and greeted the old woman and said softly, “Grandma, don’t be angry. My mother missed. Forgive me for that. I fall at your feet. ” Hearing the princess say that, Srimahalakshmi felt pity for her. She informed Shambala about Lakshmivrata. That day was the first Thursday in the month of Margashirsha.
Later, the maid performed Lakshmi vrat. Her condition improved. Leaving slavery, she began to live happily ever after. Princess Shambala also performed Mahalakshmi vows as told with devotion. She kept her vows every Thursday. Celebrated last Thursday.
Soon Shambala was married to a prince named Maladhar of a king named Siddheshwar. She got royal glory. Under the influence of Lakshmivrata, her world began to run smoothly. But here Bhadrashrava and Rani Chandrika slowly started seeing bad days. His kingdom is gone. All their glory, Aishwarya went to Laya. Chandrika was the queen; That situation has now changed. Food and water also became expensive. Bhadrashrava felt very bad; But what will he do? Anxiety was rising and falling one day.
One day Bhadrashrava decided to go to the girl, see her and stay with her for four or eight days. Thus he came to the kingdom of Java. He was very tired from walking; So he sat down by a river to rest for a while. The queen’s maid was coming to the river. She recognized Bhadrashrava. The maid ran to the palace. Told the king the news. Shambhala understood that too. Shambhala and Maladhara sent chariots to bring Bhadrashrava to the palace with great honor and respect. Bhadrashrava stayed in the palace for a few days and took care of the girl. The thought of going back now began to creep into his mind. He told Java. Javanese consented.
When Bhadrashrava left to go back, Shambhala filled a pot and gave the money to his father. Bhadrashrava came home with the pot. Suratchandrike was overjoyed to hear that the girl had given him a pot full of money. She hurriedly removed the lid from the pot. What if you look inside? There was no money in the pot. There was only coal! By the grace of Mahalakshmi, the wealth in the pot had turned to coal. Chandrike slapped his forehead. Bhadrashrava was amazed to see this miracle.
The days of sorrow were not over. Poverty was not going away. Jiv was coming to Metakuti while taking out Suratchandrika one day. One day Suratchandrika also wanted to meet Leki. So she left for Lekki’s house. That day was the last Thursday in the month of Margashirsha. Suratchandrika reached Leki’s house. At that time Shambhala was performing vows. Shambala also took Mahalakshmi vows from her mother. After staying with the girl for four days, Surat Chandrika returned to her village. Within a few days, they regained their former glory due to Lakshmi Vrat. Statehood was achieved. A few days later, Shambhala came to visit her parents. But when he went to see ‘Baap’, Shambale had given him a pot full of coal; But we were not given anything, ‘was the anger in Rani’s mind. Therefore, no one welcomed Shambhala as it should have. The queen had insulted her in a way. But Shambhala’s mother was not angry. She left to go home again. When she left, she took back the pot she had given to her father. She filled it with salt and took the pot and came to her mother-in-law.
When he came home, Maladhara asked Shambhala, “What did you bring from Mahera?” Shambale pointed to the pot he had brought with him. Maladhara removes the lid and looks inside, then salt stones in the pot! Surprised, Maladhara asked his wife, “What is this? What is the use of this salt? Shambhala said, “Wait a minute, I know.” Shambhala did not add salt to any of the dishes that day. Weed all the food. When Maladhar sat down to eat, she gave him all the food. All the food was weeded. Then Shambale added a little salt to the leaves. As soon as it is mixed in the food, it tastes like unhealthy food. “Use this salt!” Shambhala said to her husband. Maladhar also agreed with her. But even when wealth comes, one should not overflow, one should fast Shri Mahalakshmi regularly, meditate on the Goddess; That is, the Goddess will always stand behind you; Will fulfill your wish
